1. What platforms do you take orders in?
For International Orders, We only accept orders through this website for easier order tracking as currencies have to be converted.
For Orders within the Philippines, You may send me a direct message. Credit Cards accepted through this website, but not with direct orders

3. What are the delivery options and times for delivery?
- For local orders, I use JNT EXPRESS. Rates may change depending on the parcel size. I ship from Davao City.
For International orders, I use PHLPOST, Fedex or DHL. These are the most trusted options I have at the moment.

4. How do I check the status of my delivery?
You should receive an email with a tracking link for your order after it has been shipped out by me.
Product Information
1. What if the item I want to order is sold out?
Most of the items in my inventory are handmade or limited production only such as the scarves, so it may be one-of-one only; however I am very open to custom orders! Free free to discuss or inquire on my email [email protected]
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I exchange items in my online order?
Unfortunately, I cannot cater to that once order has been shipped.
2. I received my package with issues. Are there any exceptions to your return and exchange policy?
I pack your orders with extra care and make sure that no item is damaged before we ship them out. I have no team to back me up so everything is handled by myself carefully. Once the item has been shipped by the courier, it is out of my control.
In case you receive your prints or orders intensely damaged (ex. ripped prints, wet, etc.), please email me or let me know with your order number and photos and videos of your items, and I shall get back to you.
